= NNнейронная сеть, нейросеть, HCгруппа (множество) взаимосвязанных биологических или искусственных нейронов; пример биологической НС (biological neural network) - мозг человека. Искусственные НС исходно строились как электрические, механические или вычислительные модели биологических НС; искусственные НС делятся на аналоговые, дискретные (цифровые) и клеточные (однородные). Обычно нейронная сеть представляет собой ориентированный граф, состоящий из двух и более слоёв, или групп обрабатывающих элементов, называемых нейронами (neuron), или узлами сети, и однонаправленных связей между ними. Данные, передаваемые от узла к узлу, представляют собой числовые значения, вычисленные в узлах сети. Принимая данные от других узлов на обработку, узел умножает их на свои весовые коэффициенты, суммирует полученные произведения, а затем вычисляет значение некоторой функции (как правило, одной и той же для всех узлов) от полученной суммы и передаёт его следующим узлам. Существует около десятка классов нейронных сетей, включая многослойные персептроны, радиальные, рекуррентные и ассоциативные сети, самоорганизующиеся и нечёткие нейронные сети, а также несколько десятков методов обучения таких сетей.
